优化算法工程师：
办公地点：北京市海淀区北京林业大学学研中心C2座305
Responsibility:

  1. Responsible for optimization solution development
  2. Responsible for optimization related software development and maintenance

Qualification:

  1. Master or Doctorate degree in mechanical, aerospace, applied mathematics or relevant engineering fields
  2. Solid basis on optimization theory, including but not limited to gradient based and zeroth order optimization algorithms. Knowledge of operational optimization is a plus
  3. Proven expertise in solid mechanic and/or fluid dynamic simulation tool (preferable open-source) utilization and/or development
  4. Familiar with machine/deep learning techniques, including but not limited to reinforcement learning, supervised/unsupervised learning
  5. Good programming skills for object-oriented languages, e.g. C++, python, C#, etc
  6. Knowledge of topology optimization and/or adjoint solver is strongly appreciated
  7. Tracked records of technical publication
  8. Strong communication and inter-personal skills

CAE算法工程师：
办公地点：北京市海淀区北京林业大学学研中心C2座305
办公地点：苏州市吴江经济技术开发区商会大厦(西门)11层
职责描述：
1、负责FEM力学求解器的算法开发（动力学、非线性问题等）与优化
2、负责FEM前后处理模块开发，以及代码框架构建与维护
3、负责实际场景物理模型和数值方法的建立，完成研究类项目
4、负责公司CAE产品优化

任职要求：
1、力学、航空航天、机械工程、材料成型加工、汽车专业，硕士以上学历;
2、熟练掌握有限元基础知识和编程实现
3、熟练使用C++编程，有GPU加速或大规模计算经验者者优先
4、熟悉一种常用的商用力学软件（ABAQUS、ANSYS、Marc等）
5、乐观向上，善于合作，沟通能力强，有创业精神
